• Qualifications:

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service and Relationship Management:

   • Assist customers with their banking needs, providing high-quality service and support.
   • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

2. Operational Duties:

   • Handle account openings, closings, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
   • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan applications.
   • Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure accuracy and compliance in all operations.

3. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

   • Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
   • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management review.
   • Monitor and manage the bank’s financial performance metrics.

4. Sales and Marketing:

   • Promote and sell bank products and services to existing and potential customers.
   • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the bank’s market share.
   • Participate in community outreach programs and events to promote the bank’s brand and services.

5. Risk Management and Compliance:

   • Ensure adherence to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

   • Participate in training programs to stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements.

6. Team Collaboration and Development:

• Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and objectives.

General Requirements:

• Must be a Bangladeshi citizen.
• Proficiency in English and Bangla.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
