Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Master in any discipline from any reputed university.
Experience
- At least 1 year
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 28 years
- Experience in a similar field will get preference.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel/ E-mail handling etc.)·
- Should have the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible about working hours & official visits, results and able to work independently to achieve assigned target.
Responsibilities & Context
- Contact the borrowers regularly to collect the due payments.
- Attend customers and meeting their queries regarding liabilities & payments.
- Visit delinquent borrowers/guarantors and/or other relevant areas to regularize the accounts.
- Communicate the customers through e-mail and letters.
- Update client information in MIS and keep records.
- Achieve the monthly collection target set by the Department/Division.
