BRAC University Job Circular 2024. BRAC University (BRACU) follows a liberal arts approach to education which nurtures fresh ideas and gives new impetus to the field of tertiary education. The university is playing an integral role in the development of skilled graduates for a knowledge-based economy. We are searching for a competent candidate to add value to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- To support in preparation and co-ordinate of annual planning exercise of the University
- To support in ERP implementation
- To prepare and report on quarterly financial performance & estimates along with insightful variance analysis both at the Department and University level
- To prepare School, Department & Centre performance and variance analysis with insightful commentaries, working closely with the Schools, Departments & Centers
- To support in the preparation of ad-hoc reports for Senior Management, FC & BoT as & when required
- To provide extended support to other FLT member's teams as & when required
- To play the role of any other FLT members in their absence
- To support the management with the due diligence requirements of the finance or grant providers
Requirements
- Senior Manager role - Qualified ACCA /CA /CIMA candidates are invited to apply
- Manager role - Candidates having partly qualified ACCA / part qualified CA /MBA / Post Graduation in accounting or finance from a reputed university and with excellent academic credentials are invited to apply
- At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field with reputed organization
- Experience in ERP implementation or working experience in ERP environment will be given preference
- Advance user of MS office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
- Experience in using initiative and creativity to resolve problems, identifying suitable solutions and opportunities for improvement
- Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
