Position Title: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
- Location: Head Office, Dhaka
Qualification Requirements:
- Education: A minimum of a Graduation/Post-graduation degree from a recognized university.
- Academic Performance: Strong academic record with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of financial principles and banking operations
- Experience: Prior internship experience in a financial institution is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Age: Must be under 30 years of age at the time of application.
