Skills and Competencies

• Must be proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

1. Source credit cards in line with the target set by management.
2. Searching prospective Credit Card customers.
3. Getting eligible customers to sign Credit Card Application Forms and obtaining relevant documents from them.
4. Ensuring timely processing of applications through coordination with the respective departments.
5. Troubleshoot customer service issues when required.
6. Maintaining strong relationships with the customers
